General Terms & Conditions:

  • All Registration Fees must be paid in full in advance of the event date. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable. Entire registrations are transferable without penalty provided a written request is received. 
  • In the unfortunate circumstance, Show Management needs to (a) postpone the event, your registration fees will be applied to the future event date or (b) cancel the event entirely, your registration fees will be applied to a future in-person updates event of your choosing.

During the in-person event your badge will be scanned as you register and receive your badge. Your information will be used to track your attendance for your certificate and may be shared if a session was funded by an organization other than Pri-Med Canada.
