  • All Registration Fees must be paid in full in advance of the event date. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable. Entire registrations are transferable without penalty provided a written request is received. 
  • In the unfortunate circumstance, Show Management needs to (a) postpone the event, your registration fees will be applied to the future event date or (b) cancel the event entirely, your registration fees will be applied to a future in-person event of your choosing.
