REGISTRATION - How do I register?

Registration can be completed on our website by clicking here. We cannot take registrations by phone, fax or email.

REGISTRATION - What is the cost of attending?

Register in advance and save with our registration fee of $55 +Tax. This pricing is applicable to all who attend including physicians, students, pharmacists, nurse practitioners and international medical graduates. 

Cancellation: Fees are non-refundable. Entire registrations are transferable provided requests are made 2 weeks prior to each conference.

REGISTRATION - Can I register over the phone or fax?

Registration can only be completed on our website by clicking here. We cannot take registrations by phone, fax or email.

CREDITS - How do I obtain my credit certificate?

Your hardcopy Certificate of Attendance will be in your conference materials at the conference. Please note, you are responsible for submitting your credits to the CFPC.

CREDITS - Are the sessions Mainpro+ accredited? How many CME Credits?

Most sessions are reviewed by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Provincial Chapters. Statements of accreditation are posted for approved programs several weeks before the conference for 1.0 Mainpro+ credit, per hour of study.

Check the schedule under each conference to see if that session is accredited or not. Please note some sessions may not receive accredidation until weeks or even days before the actual event takes place, so keep checking back.

CREDITS - American/International credits - Can I convert Mainpro+ Credits to AAFP Credits?

Yes! Members of the American Academy of Family Physicians are eligible to receive credit hours for attendance at Pri-Med UPDATES to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

PRESENTATIONS - Are the presentations available? / How do I get the presentations?

At our Pri-Med UPDATES conferences we feature a syllabus with the slides from the event printed in a booklet. In an effort to reduce paper, we are featuring as many presentations as possible FOR FREE in our new conference app and website during the event. You will still have the ability to download and print the presentations through the app and website on your own if you wish. If you would still like to have a printed syllabus you may purchase one for $10+HST when you register online. If you purchase a syllabus you can pick it up from the registration desk when you arrive at the event.

TRAVEL - Are hotel room fees, travel fees or parking complimentary?

Attendees are responsible for their own accommodation, travel arrangements and parking fees where applicable. Please read the information on each venue or hotel as not all locations offer free parking.

HOTEL & LOCATION - Where are the conferences and where should I stay?

Please visit the "Location" page for the city you are interested in. This page will feature hotel and location information for that city. You can select a city on this page: then click the "Location" button.

ATTENDEES - Can I bring a spouse or child to the conference?

Due to the Nature of this conference, no children or infants are allowed at any of the Pri-Med UPDATES conferences.
