      Dr. Ken was born and raised in Toronto. He received his Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto where his undergraduate specialist program was the study of Human Nutrition and Disease with a double minor in Immunology and Microbiology. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2001 at the State University of New York, College of Optometry in New York City. Dr. Ken is currently in private practice at the Bayview and York Mills area where he provides a full scope eyecare with special interest in glaucoma, low vision and dry eye. He is also on staff at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. He is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Universities of Pennsylvania and State University of New York, supervising 4th year optometry interns, preparing them for their roles as clinicians upon graduation. When not in a clinical setting, his second home is the kitchen as an amateur chef. Dr. Ken also proudly serves the Ontario Association of Optometrists as a Board member, now in his 7th year.
