2018 Pri-Med Canada Program
Pri-Med Canada in partnership with University of Toronto’s Department of Family & Community Medicine (DFCM) delivers 3 full days of inter-professional CME. These sessions are intended for all Family Physicians, Pharmacists and Nurse Practitioners to participate in together making Pri-Med Canada a truly inter-professional conference. This Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 15 Mainpro+ credits. *Note there are 25 accredited sessions, however 20 sessions run concurrently and 5 keynotes making the maximum allowable credits 15.
