Pri-Med Canada is proud, once again, to welcome Pharmacists to this inter-disciplinary program. leslie dan facultyIn collaboration with the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto (LDFP), will host 20 sessions that have been chosen specifically for pharmacists and their staff featuring leading speakers recognized in their field. 

LDFP is Canada’s largest pharmacy school and has a world class reputation in education and research. Educational programming is at the heart of the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy and we currently offer a number of cutting-edge educational programs. This conference in association with PMC will bring together over 3,800 family physicians including 500 pharmacists and more than 500 nurse practitioners - all under one roof. Our mission is "working towards better patient outcomes". Plan to join us, as we have expanded into a truly inter-professional healthcare model.

Pharmacists may attend any of the sessions planned by the Department of Family & Community Medicine, University of Toronto and Ryerson University, as well as have the opportunity to network with Family Physicians/General Practitioners/Nurse Practitioners, and visit over 200 medical and educational exhibitors in our interactive display area.
