Pri-Med Canada in partnership with Humber River Hospital delivers 3 full days of inter-professional CME. These sessions are intended for all Family Physicians, Pharmacists and Nurse Practitioners to participate in together making Pri-Med Canada a truly inter-professional conference. All sessions will be run virtually. Attendees will have the ability to interact through polling questions and a Q&A discussion with the speaker.
Doctors: This one credit per-hour Group Learning activity has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 24 Mainpro+ certified credits. View sessions live or watch the recordings for up to 30 days after the event, you’ll gain the same Mainpro+ credits either way.
Pharmacists: The Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy has accredited this program for 24 CEUs. There are 18 concurrent presentations and 6 Keynotes. Therefore, the maximum number of allowable CCCEP credits that may be claimed by an individual for the Pri-Med Canada conference, is fifteen (15). Only those sessions attended virtually live can be claimed for CCCEP credits. Credits cannot be claimed for viewing sessions on-demand after the event.
Will be available to all delegates on-demand for 30 days after the conference and are Mainpro+ Certified. Recording are not CCCEP accredited.
Symposia sessions are now integrated into the main 3-day conference agenda and available to everyone. Symposia sessions are produced independent of the Humber River Hospital Planning Committee and are supported by educational grants from industry.
