As of March 28, 2022

We are committed to producing a safe event for our attendees, exhibitors, suppliers, and staff.


With current government and public health guidelines as of March 28, 2022. The following safety protocols will be in place:

  • Masks are not required but recommended. This is the current Province of Ontario Health Guideline:

  • Proof of vaccination is no longer required as of March 1, 2022.
  • Physical distancing where possible.
  • There will be a designated first aid area for any medical needs.
  • Hand sanitizers will be placed in common areas.

Vaccination policy, terms & conditions

  • During the event, we will strictly follow all the current COVID-19 health & safety protocols. These protocols will be shared prior to the event and on signage at the event. Violators will be asked to adhere to the rules or will be escorted off the property. 
  • COVID-19 WARNING: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted – and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Diversified Communications ULC – and against any companies affiliated with Diversified Communications ULC – relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
